Team Marquee Sites
All sites will be marked with your team name on a sign at your site so it is super easy to find!

Please ensure you check in on arrival to the information marquee by the main stage, they can also point you in the direction of your team site.
10am-2pm – Team Site Set Up
- On Saturday between 10am-2pm you can arrive at Richmond Showgrounds and set up your site. Because of the wind factor at the showgrounds, it is recommended you bring extra pegs and weights for your marquee!
- Enter at main Gate @ Richmond city end – one of our volunteers will meet you at the gate and direct you where to go to enter the centre of the racetrack.
- Team Check In – Check in with our team at the information marquee. They will give you a site map, confirm where your team site is, give you your team pack with event info, and your event relay baton (don’t lose this as it will need to be returned upon completion of the event). This will track how many laps you do!
- If we have any scouts available, they will be able to help you set up your tent.
What not to bring; Alcohol –Relay for Life is an alcohol and drug free zone; Relay For Life is a smoke-free and vape free event; Glass containers of any kind; Dogs and pets; Valuables; Bikes, skateboards, scooters and roller blades.
