NEW! If you are facing cancer, or supporting someone else who is, you’re welcome to join our free fortnightly Monday Mindfulness Classes.

With qualified Mindfulness Instructor Chani Grieve, learn core mindfulness skills that help reduce stress, build resilience and  self-care, and create a greater sense of wellbeing.

First and third Monday of each month through to November. Please arrive 5 minutes early to get settled.

Calm, Clear, and Courageous

Whether you are navigating cancer yourself, or supporting someone who is, your wellbeing matters. Mindfulness tools teach us to reduce stress, develop self-awareness and self-compassion, and live a life of connection, presence, joy and meaning.

Each month we will explore a particular area of practice, offering practical, down-to-earth and valuable tools to support you and those around you. You are welcome to attend any session, any time.
Each class will include some guided instruction and practice that you can take home, and time for questions and sharing.

No funny postures. No experience necessary. All welcome!
