The Cooper Group Celebration Afternoon Tea
You’re invited to join us for an Afternoon Tea at 2 pm on 14 March 2026 at the Nelson A&P Showgrounds, Richmond.
Survivors and carers are then welcome to take part in the Relay For Life opening ceremony at 4pm, leading the opening lap of honour.
This invitation is extended to anyone with a personal experience of cancer and/or those honouring the memory of a loved one lost to cancer. No matter where you are on your cancer journey, you are encouraged to bring one carer or support person.
Format for the event:
- 2pm-2.30pm: Collect your sash from outside The Cooper Group Survivors & Carers Marquee and handprint the 2026 Relay For Life banner.
- 2.30pm-3.45pm: Afternoon tea in The Cooper Group Survivors & Carers Marquee. An opportunity to mingle.
- 4pm-4.15pm: Opening Ceremony. You are invited to take part in the opening ceremony by leading the opening lap of honour.
