George Brown Trust grants $5500 to Cancer Society Nelson Tasman
We have some amazing news to share!
A heartfelt shoutout to Public Trust NZ for their incredible support towards our cause. Thanks to their generous grant of $5500 from the George Brown Trust, we’re able to further extend our reach and offer supportive care grants to those in our community affected by cancer.
The George Brown Trust, established in 1934 by the late George Brown, is administered by Public Trust as Trustee. Its mission aligns perfectly with our own, aiming to provide relief and support to individuals facing indigent circumstances and genuine hardship, especially within our region.
This grant allows us to fulfill our mission of aiding those in need, ensuring that nobody in our community affected by cancer has to worry about essentials like fuel and food. It’s a testament to the power of community and the incredible impact we can make when we come together.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Public Trust NZ, for believing in our cause and for your unwavering support. Together, we’re making a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.
