Motueka Community Health Talk
We had a fantastic turnout on Monday 4th November at the Motueka Library for our Community Health Talk! Attendees were deeply engaged as the University of Otago’s Mackenzie Cancer Research Group, Associate Professor Logan Walker, Professor Gabi Dachs and Dr Arthur Morley-Bunker, shared groundbreaking insights into cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. The talks covered key topics such as the understanding the role of genetic changes or mutations to breast and ovarian cancer risk; Vitamin C in Cancer: New approaches to therapy; and the impact of technology on diagnostics.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to a meaningful evening!
