Oakley Watson isn’t your average 10-year-old

On Tuesday, this young legend braved the shave and raised an incredible $650, far surpassing his original $200 goal (which his mum, Cat, thought was ambitious at the time!).

Yesterday, Oakley and Cat popped into our office to drop off his donation, and we couldn’t be more grateful. His fundraising even reached family in the UK and Scotland! Locals who donated received a bag of homegrown tomatoes – Oakley’s way of giving back after being gifted 20 plants.

What an inspiring young man with a big heart! A huge thank you to everyone who supported Oakley’s efforts. As a 100% community-funded organisation, donations like his make a real difference for people affected by cancer in our community.
