Celebrating our Relay For Life 2024 Winners

Judging the winners for categories like Best Dressed and Best Themed was no easy feat – everyone poured their hearts and souls into making this event unforgettable! A massive round of applause to each and every one of you for diving headfirst into the spirit of Relay – the energy was absolutely electrifying!

Without further ado, let’s give a huge shoutout to our incredible winners:

Highest Individual Fundraiser: Karina Legge (from Team CURE-ageous) – $7,240 raised!
Highest Fundraising Team: Team CURE-ageous – $13,169 raised!
Best Dressed Individual: Emily from STRIDE to THRIVE
Best Dressed Team: Team HONC
Best Themed Tent: Iron Duke Sea Scouts (their nautical-themed site was a real showstopper!)
Most Laps at Relay: Nelson College
Spirit of Relay: Max from Mighty Mega (a special salute to Max for his courageous act of shaving his head! And in doing so, his Dad had stepped up and had his head and signature moustache shaved off as well).

But let’s not forget, every single one of you is a winner in our eyes! Your dedication, enthusiasm, and unwavering support made this event truly spectacular. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being the heartbeat of Relay For Life Nelson Tasman 2024!
