Gentle Exercise for Strength, Flexibility, and Confidence
Staying active during and after cancer treatment can help improve energy, reduce side effects, and boost overall wellbeing. Our Movement and Mobility for Life class is designed specifically for people who are facing or living with cancer and want to build gentle strength and flexibility in a supportive environment.
Led by experienced trainer Leigh Dalzell, this monthly session focuses on practical exercises that can be safely done at home — helping you feel more confident in your movement every day.
Where: Cancer Society Nelson Tasman – 102 Hardy Street, Nelson
When: Monthly class, followed by a relaxed cuppa and chat
